Project Description

Botanical Tessellae is a ceramic wall piece, consisting of 9 tessellae or small stoneware tiles, each about 3 cms square. They are individually decorated with colourful glazes and molten glass. The whole piece is set in a box frame 25 x 25 cms. It is designed to be displayed alone or in a group of several pieces. It is inspired by the botanical shapes, the foliage and the seedheads found in abundance in the hedgerows of North Devon, and in the gardens such as RHS Rosemoor at Torrington. It is available for sale. Please get in touch with me through this website if you are interested, or if you have any enquiries or commissions that you would like to discuss.
